• Developing and working on the talent acquisition strategy
• Provide full life cycle recruitment for a wide variety of positions within the India Development Centre
• Scheduling interview calls with potential candidates sourced through multiple job portals and networks
• Expertise in industry mapping & tracking across industry functions and segments
• Hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)
• Build credible and consistent relationships with hiring managers by providing sound advice throughout the hiring cycle.
• Must possess a sense of urgency and provide strong consultative skills to the hiring teams
• Recruiting experience through social media
