Cloud Practice Lead

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a dedicated subject matter expert in public cloud services, specializing in at least one of the following: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Lead a team of Cloud Engineers at our exciting new location in Bangalore.
• Guide and support the adoption of cloud technologies, offering technical consultancy services to the Operating Companies within Spanidea Systems and advising on best practices.

Collaboration:

• Collaborate with operating companies worldwide to provide guidance and assistance in their cloud journeys.
• Work closely with the Strategy Architecture function to shape the future of cloud computing within Spanidea Systems.

Requirements:

• B.Tech in Computer Science/Engineering or Electronics and Communication Engineering, with a minimum of 70% or 8+ CGPA.
• 7-10 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Experience in leading teams, including managing off-shore or remote resources.
• Advanced knowledge of at least one of the following cloud platforms: Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Strong technical background, particularly in infrastructure areas such as server virtualization, networking, storage, and security.
• Familiarity with cloud-based application development, including experience with DevOps, Containers, and Microservices, is beneficial.
• A high level of dedication and energy to establish and drive value for the organization as part of a new team.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively explaining complex technology solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong engagement and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated technical leadership in cloud services.
• Experience working with global teams in large-scale, high complexity environments.
