What You’ll Be Doing
1. You will act as a passionate subject matter expert for our professional services, responsible for developing, managing, and expanding the practice providing industry expertise to both internal and external leaders.
2. You will be leading a team of Automotive Engineers, in our exciting brand-new location in the Bangalore area of the city.
3. The Practice Lead has a deep knowledge of the auto industry and uses this to help develop strategic solutions for the clients, working with our business team, third-party partners, and client leaders.
4. This person will network with industry leaders, business teams, current clients, and potential clients to understand and communicate current and future trends.
5. The Practice Lead is a Point Of Contact for the sales team to create presentations and proposal responses demonstrating our services capabilities and expertise to meet client needs.
6. Our services build upon our solutions for automotive OEMs, Tier 1’s, and major ecosystem influencers spanning autonomous driving and mobility, cybersecurity, safety, AI, and innovative in-vehicle technologies.
Requirements:
1. B.Tech in CSE/ECE with 70 % above or 8+ CGPA.
2. Have experience of 7-10 years in the Automotive industry.
3. Have experience in Platform development with exposure to Linux, Middleware components, system services.
4. Have experience in CAN protocol.
5. Have experience with IPC mechanisms such as DBUS, Message Queues, MOST ( Media Oriented System Transport )
6. Have experience with Agile.
7. Have experience with SDLC and tools related to it such as JIRA, SVN, and GIT.
8. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
9. Identify, cultivate and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders – major OEM, Tier 1, and ecosystem influencers in the region.
10. Grow services business in the auto industry for the organization.
11. Drive services opportunities, including solution planning, deal shaping, estimating, and pricing.
12. Should be able to lead cross-functional discussions to analyze the requirements and brainstorm the solutions.
13. Adept at determining requirements by interviewing clients, reviewing requirements, and facilitating working sessions.
14. Adept at creating business process models based on the requirements.
15. Adept at mapping industry trends and best practices to the client’s unique requirements and processes to determine the applicable fit and familiar with software development life cycle for automobiles.
16. Assist in the development of points of view, white papers, and other knowledge capital.
